Studio Ram Katzir together with the artist duo Hertog Nadler won an international competition to design an art route in Zwolle from the new train station to the historic city center. Their project entitled Portal was selected out of 140 proposals. Portal consists of an interactive video installation, a series of underground sculptures and a meandering blue line connecting all segments. The realisation phase will start in March 2015.

Commissioned by the city of Zwolle with additional funding from Provincie Overijsel and the European Union.
