Katzir will give an artist talk about art and public space in the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg
The talk and the Hanna Arendt Memorial installation are part of Migration – a group exhibition at the NCCA (National Center Contemporary Arts) in Kaliningrad, with new work by Ram Katzir.
